Hi, I'm Kate

I support women who have spent years holding everything together until their body and nervous system begin asking for something different. Often this season arrives around perimenopause, when what once felt manageable suddenly feels overwhelming, exhausting, or hard to keep pushing through.

From a nervous system perspective, nothing has gone wrong. Your body isn’t failing you, it’s asking for a different way of living, responding, and being supported through this season of life.

My work helps women move out of survival mode and reconnect with a greater sense of calm, safety, and steadiness within themselves. Through a grounded, body-aware approach, we work gently with the nervous system so you can soften, sleep more deeply, and feel more like yourself again.
